COVID-19 FAQ - BUYER UPDATE

WHY IS MY ORDER DELAYED?

Currently, your order may experience fulfillment and shipping delays due to COVID-19 and government restrictions. We are actively routing orders as best we can for processing to ensure we can get your order to you as quickly as possible.

IS MY PACKAGE AND PRODUCT SAFE?

We understand that you may have concerns and the official CDC FAQ page has some helpful information regarding how COVID-19 is transmitted, including:

"In general, because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures. Coronaviruses are generally thought to be spread most often by respiratory droplets. Currently there is no evidence to support transmission of COVID-19 associated with imported goods and there have not been any cases of COVID-19 in the United States associated with imported goods. Information will be provided on the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) website as it becomes available."

 

WHAT DOES PREORDER MEAN?

Preorders are advanced purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be released and/or shipped at a future date. They are a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival to our store. Your card will be authorized by your bank at checkout to secure your slot, and the payment will be placed on hold until we secure your desired size. For additional details, refer to our preorder policy

 

HOW DO YOU PROCESS PAYMENTS ON YOUR WEBSITE?

We use Stripe to process payments via Shopify Payments. Stripe is a technology company & its software allows our business to receive payments over the Internet. Stripe provides the technical, fraud prevention, and banking infrastructure required to operate online payment systems smoothly & successfully. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at checkout.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. 

 

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.?

We ship worldwide.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

There are several reasons for an order being canceled. We will contact you if your order cannot be fulfilled and provide you an explanation. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, at our sole discretion.
